As a founder at Mission Healthcare, I have great pride for the level of Customer Service that we provide to our patients, referral sources and our employees.  We have set ourselves apart from our competitors based on the level of customer service we provide by embracing hard work and developing a culture of accepting nothing less than the best.   In order for us to continue our exceptional customer service we follow these principles;

1.  Hire the right people based on attitude not aptitude.

2.  Take good care of our employees.

3.  Empower our employees to do what they need to do in order to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied.
