Mark Kimsey's visionary strengths have been an asset to the Board of Directors of Mission Healthcare since 2009. By raising the status quo to put employees and patients above the bottom line, Kimsey’s unwavering commitment to provide quality and comprehensive care, while valuing the employees of Mission Healthcare is evident at every level of the organization - including customer service, market expansion, and financial management. Kimsey developed a deep passion for helping others growing up in family of healthcare executives and has more than 20 years of experience of working in the healthcare industry. After four and a half years in trauma centers, Kimsey successfully transitioned to medical sales and management, where he led annualized growth of 20 percent in each year of his service prior to joining Mission Healthcare. Kimsey’s dedication to business ethics, creating careers, and providing affordable and comprehensive care for the clients of Mission Healthcare, while making a therapeutic impact in the community, are at the core of his success.

Diane Logan RSN, BSN
Director of Patient Care Services

Diane graduated from Cal State Dominguez Hills and has been working in the home health industry since 1995. She has been the Director of Patient Care Services for Mission Home Health since 2011. In her free time she enjoys running, competing in triathlons and cheering on the Chicago Bears and the Alabama Crimson Tide.


Tracy Tunnell Headshot

Tracey Tunnell, RN, ASN
Clinical Supervisior

Tracy graduated from Arizona Western College and has been an RN for 22 years. She has been in home health since 1999, which she considers to be her passion. Tracy started in the field with her previous home health employer, and eventually became a nursing supervisor. Tracy was at her previous employer for 13 years and started as a field clinician, graduated to field supervisor, and eventually became a Clinical Manager, where she truly found her niche.  Tracy joined Mission Healthcare in 2011 and is planning on staying until she retires. She appreciates that Mission is owned by clinicians who understand what it takes to provide excellent patient care and who also support their employees.  Outside of work, Tracy prides herself on raising her two amazing children as a single mom.  She also has a great network of friends that provide her with support and a sense of community. Tracy enjoys camping with her family, “Jeeping”, and cheering on the Chargers!


Kathleen Becker Headshot

Kathleen Becker MA, RN
Clinical Supervisor

Kathleen is the Clinical Manager for the North San Diego County Inland team of healthcare professionals. Kathleen’s background in healthcare is extensive with years of experience as a clinician, manager, administrator and consultant. She is also the published author of two books on reversing the aging process, another book on healthy nutrition and her most recent book offers the formula for preventing and reversing type II diabetes. In her consulting work, she has worked with preventive/regenerative anti-aging physicians helping many improve their health and well-being by employing the five pillars of 21st Century functional medicine which are detoxification, healthy nutrition, exercise, bio-identical hormone balancing and stress reduction. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes six grandchildren and she also enjoys swimming and playing the piano. She is looking forward to working with all of the exceptional individuals that have made Mission Home Health all it is today. To quote Kathleen, “Being part of the Mission Home Health experience is a joy and an honor.”

Clinical Supervisor

Robbie received his ADN degree from the University of South Carolina in 1991, Critical Care Certification, AACCN- CCRN 2005, and BSN degree from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix Arizona in 2011. Robbie brings 21 Years of nursing experience to the mission family. His clinical expertise includes Advanced Practice Adult Critical Care, Outpatient Diagnostic Radiology, Specialty in Home Infusion Therapy and Home Health. Robbie is originally from, Aiken, South Carolina now living in Cathedral City California with my Partner and dogs. When not working, his hobbies include cruise travel, entertaining and home improvement.

Clinical Supervisor

Linda Carson attended Cypress College and then transferred to Humboldt State.  She has over 22 years of home health experience from being an RN performing home care visits, doing case management, orientation and educating nurse to being a clinical liaison and clinical supervisor. Linda also has advanced training and certification in diabetes education, home infusion therapy, oasis data and coding, wound care certification and ostomy training. What she admires most about Mission Healthcare is that the owners are actively involved and believe in the clinicians and services they provide to the community and are always looking for ways to improve the care. Linda enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves to camp, bike and walk the dog. 


Marla Bryant Headshot

Marla Bryant, RN, BSN
Clinical Supervisor

Marla Bryant joined Mission Home Health in October 2010 and serves as a clinical supervisor for one of the many nursing teams providing home health in the greater San Diego area.  Marla brings over 39 years of clinical nursing and nurse management experience to the Mission management team.  Prior to Mission, Marla has worked in many critical care areas of medicine including Newborn ICU, Intensive and Coronary Care Units, Emergency departments on the trauma team and as the Chief Flight Nurse at the University of Utah.  Along with Marla’s extensive clinical experience, Marls is a legal Nurse Consultant providing expert testimony on a variety of Medical legal cases. Marla is happily married and has four grown children and four grandchildren, all boys.  Originally from Utah, Marla moved with her family to San Diego in 2001. She lives with her family in North County and enjoys the San Diego weather. Marla Graduated from the University of Utah with a BS degree in Nursing and began working in home health in 2008.  Marla is a highly motivated and extremely knowledgeable nurse with very adept abilities in customer service, time management and professional judgment skills.

Adrian, originally from South Bend Indiana, comes from a long line of healthcare professionals. Joining Mission as an Account Manager in May 2011, he quickly realized that the "Mission Difference" was a perfect compliment to his own approach when working with others. The Mission difference places patient and customer care first without exception. With his extensive knowledge of the healthcare field and his drive to succeed, Adrian was promoted to Sales Manager for the south San Diego sales team. Adrian is proud to say, "I represent Mission Healthcare."

As the North County Sales Manager, Constance aims to lead a team that is passionate about excellent patient care and provides the best customer service to both referral sources and patients. Since joining Mission Healthcare in 2011 as an Account Manager, Constance has happily mentored and trained new sales staff with the goal of spreading the Mission culture of doing the right thing and being the best in the business of geriatric care at home. Constance graduated from Long Beach State University with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations. In her free time, Constance enjoys running, snowboarding, dancing and yoga. She also loves to spend time with her husband John and their two children Colette and Jack.

When joining Mission in 2011 Cindy brought with her an array of healthcare sales and marketing experience. She initially began working in physical therapy sales before transitioning into home health. Cindy's dedication to reaching and exceeding sales goals as well as her strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction led her to being named Mission's 2012 Employee of the Year. As a result of her success Cindy has quickly moved into a management position with Mission overseeing the Riverside County sales team. Cindy looks forward to leading her team in the continued growth of Mission Healthcare in Riverside County. When she is not working Cindy enjoys spending time with her family and appreciates theater, wineries and loves a good book.


Bryan Burnett Headshot

Bryan studied Criminal Justice while attending California State University of Fresno on a football scholarship. In 1992 Bryan began working in healthcare, and now with over 20 years experience has been a Branch Manager, Logistics Manager and Area Sales Manager over Southern California. Bryan brings extensive leadership; personnel development; communication; interpersonal and team building skills to Mission Healthcare. Bryan joined Mission Healthcare in 2012 and is looking forward to spreading the Mission Vision for healthcare throughout San Bernardino County. In his spare time Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, friends and an occasional round of golf.
