Understanding Your Care Options

Our goal is to assist veterans through exploring and accessing VA benefits or services for which they may be eligible. Veterans often have unique needs at the end of life based on their military service and experience. We consider it an honor and a privilege to serve those who have served.

Hospice Care For Veterans

We offer compassionate end-of life care to improve comfort and quality of life for patients with a terminal diagnoses in the comfort of the home. We listen to patients and families to understand their individual wishes for the end-of-life journey. Hospice care is part of the Veterans Health Administration VA benefits package. All enrolled Veterans are eligible if they meet the clinical need for the service.

Home Health Care For Veterans

We deliver high-quality, compassionate care for adults and seniors recovering at home after an illness, injury, or surgery, or to manage a chronic condition in the comfort of the home. We understand that veteran medical needs may vary depending on your loved one’s experience and injuries during their time of service. As a Veteran, you may be able to get home health care through the VA. Services that aren’t covered under VA health care benefits may be covered through Medicaid, Medicare, or your own private insurance.

HONORING THOSE WHO SERVED

Recognition Events

We offer Pinning & Remembrance Ceremonies to acknowledge the Veteran’s military service and sacrifices. These special ceremonies can be held for individuals or groups at any location and time throughout the year.

The ceremony includes our veteran team presenting each veteran with a pin and presenting them with a certificate. To date, over 1,000 Veterans have been honored.
