Last week Mission Healthcare held a 3 day Leadership Summit for our management team. It was an opportunity to come together as a team, embrace their roles as leaders, adopt core values and develop company culture.  Our agenda was full of inspiring and motivating presentations, videos, and team building activities that brought our leaders together.  Overall, the experience was so powerful and moving that it left me in tears. I am so proud and excited about the future that  Mission Healthcare holds with the developing group of leaders we have.
