Our culture of compliance begins with our people. We train, communicate, and keep employees accountable when it comes to behaving ethically and acting in compliance with our Code of Conduct, company policies and value of doing the right thing all the time. Mission Healthcare has corporate compliance processes in place to ensure the highest standard of ethics and integrity are maintained and that our business is conducted in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
We all have an obligation to report violations of our Code, our policies, or the law. Employees who seek advice, raise a concern, or report suspected acts of misconduct in good faith are complying with our Code and furthering our mission to take care of people.

It is our employees’ responsibility to immediately raise any integrity concern or suspected violation of the Code, company policy, or procedure.
Mission Healthcare does not tolerate retaliation for reports of possible violations made in good faith, using any of the procedures described. Any employee who knowingly retaliates because of such a report, or who interferes with an investigation based on such a report, will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
Mission Healthcare is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our patient’s medical information. In compliance with State and Federal law, Mission Healthcare provides the following Notice of Privacy Practice.
All employees of the Company are required to complete training modules covering our Business Ethics and Code of Conduct policy. Completion is monitored by our Ethics and Compliance Department.
Key principles of these courses, and the underlying policies, are reinforced through the deployment of signage, email campaigns, and periodic messaging from senior leadership of the Company.
