As CHRO, Lindsey is responsible for overseeing the Talent strategy, planning and programs at Mission Healthcare to support employee attraction, engagement and development. This includes ensuring that we have the right processes and resources in place to ensure that managers and employees are supported throughout the employee lifecycle here at Mission.

Lindsey joined Mission with a wealth of experience in human resources and a proven track record of success in the healthcare business. She has held significant roles such as VP of Human Resources at Thermo Fisher Scientific and McKesson Corporation where she excelled as a business partner and leader in their technology and pharmaceutical divisions.

Lindsey graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with both her undergraduate and Masters degrees.
